As we all agree that Goods and Service Tax or GST is the biggest tax reform in India. GST is a proposed system of tax which has subsumed mostly all taxes, laying the foundation for “One Nation One Tax”. GST is not a mere taxation reform, it’s a complete business reform which shall change the way we organize and operate our business in India. This shall include change in certain major decisions like where to take registrations, how to raise invoices, how will the goods shall move in the new regime, optimizing the credit chain, minimize the transition time and tax costs in supply and logistics etc.

To answer all the above questions and to get answer for many more from our panel of experts, World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (WASME) is organising a series of Workshop on GST. The First workshop under the series is being organised on “Impact of GST on Manufacturing Sector” on Friday 21st April 2017 at WASME House, Noida from 0900 am to 0530 pm.

The one day workshop is aimed at both educating the SMEs in the manufacturing sector, imparting practical insights on managing the impacts of GST and addressing the real time issues and problems faced by SMEs due to new tax regime.
