Mr. Dumisani J. Msibi

Mr. Dumisani J. Msibi is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in banking and finance. He joined FINCORP in 1997 and has previously served as the Deputy Managing Director; Company Secretary; Manager Finance and Credit Analyst at FINCORP. In 2010 he was seconded to the subsidiary company, First Finance, as General Manager with the responsibility to set up First Finance Company which has to date become a well-known financial services provider of the first choice. He has been part of the core team that has transformed the FINCORP Group from its humble beginnings at the early stages to become a reputable development finance institution offering broad based financial services. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the SADC DFI Network and also serves as the Executive Committee Member of the Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI) representing Southern Africa Region. He further serves as a Board Member of the Federation of Swazi Employers and Chamber of Commerce (FSE & CC). Mr. Msibi was the first Chairman of the Board of the Youth Enterprise Fund for 4 years up to June 2013.

A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Narayan is Founder and Senior Partner of reputed Chartered Accountant Firm Indra D. Narayan & Co and has experience of over 27 years as a Chartered Accountant. His experience has emanated almost entirely from the variety of operations having been handled all these years. Over the years he has acquired a high level of expertise in dealing with matters relating to Direct Taxation, Corporate Governance and Company affairs, audits including bank and management audits, business advisory services and other assignments in addition to his acumen in handling merger, acquisition, etc. A Rotarian, Mr. Narayan is widely traveled and an active participant in social activities. He is a member of governing bodies of international professional organizations in the area of business development, financing and education and also associated with several charitable organizations working for the cause of disabled and underprivileged children.

Ms. Sampa Banerjee is Executive Director of International organization, WASME having members, associates and offices in more than 100 countries of the World. She is also International Convener of All Africa Association for Small & Medium Enterprises (AAASME) headquartered in Byesala, Nigeria and has diverse experience of over 20 years in Entrepreneurship Development, Training, Faculty Development, Microfinance, Women Empowerment and Rural Industrialization. She is member of various prestigious associations and steering committees, Civil Societies, Ministries including TECOS, COHANDS, NFAC, etc. She is a visiting Faculty of different reputed Govt./Non Govt. organization like NIESBUD, University of Delhi, IMT, JIMS, IMS etc. She is also Honorary Secretary of national level NGO, SAVE.

Through her commended work in Microfinance, She has empowered more than 70,000 people through creation of Micro Enterprises/SHGs. She has also been awarded by Hon'ble President of India in 2009 for her outstanding achievements for overall development of Society.
