A leader and visionary with a long enriching experience in academia, research, policy making, institutional, business and entrepreneurship development, promotion of MSMEs, banking and finance, diplomacy. As an economist and banker, the expertise of Ambassador Jankee has been solicited both locally and internationally as a consultant and in positions of high level responsibilities in governmental and non-governmental organisations. As ex-chairman of the Development Bank of Mauritius, he served WASME as President from 2006 to 2009 and was midwife to lots of innovations at WASME. Given his keen interests in MSMEs, he continued to collaborate with WASME as a financial and economic consultant. As a founding member and President of All Africa Association of small and medium enterprises, a pan Africa organization registered in Nigeria, Ambassador Jankee demonstrated his leadership skills and capacity to create a platform for promotions of business in Africa. His international involvement as an academician, economic consultant and recently as a diplomat has strengthened his network of institutions, professionals and leading businessmen highly imperative for consolidating WASME globally.

Mr. Dumisani J. Msibi

Mr. Dumisani J. Msibi is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in banking and finance. He joined FINCORP in 1997 and has previously served as the Deputy Managing Director; Company Secretary; Manager Finance and Credit Analyst at FINCORP. In 2010 he was seconded to the subsidiary company, First Finance, as General Manager with the responsibility to set up First Finance Company which has to date become a well-known financial services provider of the first choice. He has been part of the core team that has transformed the FINCORP Group from its humble beginnings at the early stages to become a reputable development finance institution offering broad based financial services. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the SADC DFI Network and also serves as the Executive Committee Member of the Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI) representing Southern Africa Region. He further serves as a Board Member of the Federation of Swazi Employers and Chamber of Commerce (FSE & CC). Mr. Msibi was the first Chairman of the Board of the Youth Enterprise Fund for 4 years up to June 2013.

Dr. Friday Okpara is an Entrepreneurship Educator and a Small Business Development Specialist. He is the Founder and Patron of the Club, University of Abuja, Nigeria from 1995 till date. He was a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, University of Abuja, Nigeria 1995-2006 and an Assistant Professor (Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management), University of Gondar, Ethiopia, 2006-2008. He is the President, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Small Business Management (CEDSBM) and Mega-Top Management Ltd (a firm of Management Consultants). He chaired the committee on Tertiary Entrepreneurship Development Programme (TIEDEP). He presently drives the Mind shift-Entrepreneurship Programme of SMEDAN. He is also a member of the Body of Experts of the Central Bank of Nigeria TertiaryInstitutions Entrepreneurship Scheme (CBNTIES), an adjunct facultymember of the University of Abuja Business School and the Abuja GraduateSchool. He is also member of the Advisory board of the AGOA Civil SocietyOrganisation based in Washington DC, USA.

A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Narayan is Founder and Senior Partner of reputed Chartered Accountant Firm Indra D. Narayan & Co and has experience of over 27 years as a Chartered Accountant. His experience has emanated almost entirely from the variety of operations having been handled all these years. Over the years he has acquired a high level of expertise in dealing with matters relating to Direct Taxation, Corporate Governance and Company affairs, audits including bank and management audits, business advisory services and other assignments in addition to his acumen in handling merger, acquisition, etc. A Rotarian, Mr. Narayan is widely traveled and an active participant in social activities. He is a member of governing bodies of international professional organizations in the area of business development, financing and education and also associated with several charitable organizations working for the cause of disabled and underprivileged children.
